Additional base tax credit for productions with expenditures between $50k and $3M that are based on a Louisiana resident screenplay.

All qualifying productions that film in Baton Rouge will start with a 30% base with up to 40% tax credit of the base investment.

Louisiana offers an additional 15% credit for Louisiana wages.
